Arbitrage: Resolving Disputes with Professional Mediators

Masterhand PRO service offers both clients and professionals the tools for protection against dishonest dealings within the deal from either party. In situations where disputes arise during a SafePay Deal, Masterhand PRO provides a special service called Arbitrage. Arbitrage involves the intervention of professional mediators, such as FireClaims Inc., who review the disputes and help find a fair solution for all parties involved.

When to Seek Arbitrage: You can send a request to Arbitrage if you are in the process of a SafePay Deal and encounter any of the following situations:

  1. Non-Acceptance of Work: The client refuses to accept the completed work without valid reasons or justification.
  2. Lack of Communication: The professional fails to respond to messages or fails to maintain open and effective communication.
  3. Breach of Agreements: Either party violates the agreed-upon terms and conditions of the project, such as scope, timeline, or payment terms.
  4. Unfulfilled Timeline: The project’s timeline has not been met, and there is no clear resolution in sight.
  5. Unsolved Issues: Any other situation that cannot be resolved through direct communication and negotiation between the client and the professional.

Initiating Arbitrage: If the work on the project is not finished but stopped due to any circumstances, either the client or the professional can click the “Discontinue” button in the Workspace to inform the other party and request Arbitrage’s intervention. This action changes the project’s status to “Disputed,” and both the professional and the client will still have access to the workspace and project summary.

Arbitrage Decisions: Arbitrage mediators are empowered to make the following decisions based on the evaluation of the dispute:

  1. 100% Return of Payment: If the final result is not delivered within the agreed-upon time or does not comply with the task requirements, the mediator may recommend a full refund to the client.
  2. 100% Payment to the Professional: If the final result is fully completed according to the guidelines and submitted within the specified time, the mediator may rule in favor of the professional and recommend the full payment.
  3. Split Payment: In some cases, the mediator may suggest splitting the payment between the client and the professional. This decision is typically made if the project is partially completed and delivered on time. Factors considered for payment splitting include equal or easily divided project parts or a prior agreement between both parties on how the budget will be allocated for different project components.
  4. Arbitrage Cancellation: In certain situations, both the client and the professional may agree to cancel the Arbitrage process. This can occur if they reach a resolution or if they decide to continue working on the project without further mediation. Once Arbitrage is canceled, the project returns to the standard mode, and both parties resume their normal workflow. It’s important to note that Arbitrage can be canceled and requested again an unlimited number of times until the project is closed.

Masterhand PRO’s Arbitrage service aims to facilitate fair resolutions and maintain the integrity of the platform. It provides a structured and neutral approach to resolving disputes, ensuring that both clients and professionals are treated fairly. It’s crucial to engage in the Arbitrage process with a willingness to collaborate, provide accurate information, and adhere to the decisions made by the mediators.

Arbitrage serves as an essential mechanism to address disputes effectively and foster trust and confidence among professionals and clients on the Masterhand PRO platform.

Additionally, in the Arbitrage process, the mediators have the authority to grant the right to leave a review to either side or both the client and the professional involved in the dispute. This means that if a resolution is reached through the Arbitrage process, the mediators may allow one or both parties to provide feedback and share their experience in the form of a review.

Leaving a review can be an important aspect of the dispute resolution process as it allows individuals to express their opinions, provide insights into the resolution process, and offer feedback on their overall experience with the other party. Reviews can help future clients and professionals make informed decisions based on the feedback and experiences shared by others.

It’s important to note that the ability to leave a review in the context of a dispute resolution is at the discretion of the Arbitrage mediators. They consider the circumstances, the outcome of the resolution, and the conduct of the parties involved before granting the review privilege.

Masterhand PRO encourages both clients and professionals to engage in the Arbitrage process with professionalism, honesty, and a willingness to find a fair solution. The platform values the input and feedback of all parties involved and aims to provide a transparent and trustworthy environment for resolving disputes.

By allowing reviews to be part of the dispute resolution process, Masterhand PRO enables clients and professionals to share their perspectives, contribute to the platform’s reputation, and help others make informed decisions when engaging in future collaborations.

Please note that leaving reviews should be done in a fair and respectful manner, focusing on the specific details of the dispute resolution process rather than personal attacks or unrelated matters. Masterhand PRO reserves the right to moderate reviews to ensure they adhere to the platform’s guidelines and maintain a constructive and helpful environment for all users.

In summary, the Arbitrage process not only helps resolve disputes between clients and professionals on Masterhand PRO but also provides an opportunity for both parties to leave reviews that reflect their experience with the resolution process. By participating in the Arbitrage process and potentially leaving a review, professionals and clients contribute to the transparency and integrity of the platform, enabling others to make informed decisions based on shared feedback.
