SafePay Deal

SafePay Deal is the most secure method of collaboration between the Client and the Professional on Masterhand PRO. This type of deal ensures that the client has the assurance that the professional will complete the work before receiving payment, and the professional is guaranteed to receive payment for their services.

Benefits of SafePay Deal:

When initiating a SafePay Deal, the Client transfers the required payment amount to Masterhand PRO. The Professional will only receive the payment upon successful completion of the project.

This payment arrangement ensures that the Client cannot evade payment if the work is completed satisfactorily and within the agreed-upon timeframe. The funds will be transferred to the Professional either upon Client acceptance or based on the decision of the Arbitrage.

However, if the delivered work does not meet the client’s expectations, the Arbitrage will evaluate the agreements and conditions between the Client and the Professional to determine whether funds should be returned to the Client.

Confirmation of the Deal after Professional Selection:

SafePay Deal is available when a Final Bid is submitted for the project.

If the professional initially sends a Preliminary Quote, the client will choose the Professional and request the final price.

Upon receiving this request, the Professional will be notified.

Go to project:

Press “Edit”:

Change the type of the bid to Final Bid and click “Update”

The Client then transfers the funds for the payment to Masterhand PRO.

After the payment is successfully processed, the client will receive an email and SMS text containing a payment code, indicating that the professional can commence work on the project.

The project status will be updated to “Processing,” granting both the client and the professional access to the workspace.

The workspace provides a messenger window for effective communication and sharing of supplementary documents related to the project.

If, for any reason, the professional breaches the agreement or there are circumstances that impede the completion of the project, the client can click the “Discontinue” button. This action will result in the project acquiring a “Disputed” status, and the information will be forwarded to the Arbitrage for review .
