SafePay Deal is a secure payment method offered by Masterhand Pro that ensures a protected transaction between clients and professionals on the platform. In this section, we will explore the concept of the Payment Code within the context of the SafePay Deal, its role in facilitating payments, and the steps involved in using it on Masterhand Pro.

Understanding the Payment Code:

The Payment Code is a unique collection of numbers provided to the client when they accept a bid on their project and choose the SafePay Deal option to pay the professional. It serves as a key element in the payment process and acts as a means to transfer funds securely to the professional upon project completion and acceptance.

Using the Payment Code:

1. Initiating the Project: When the client chooses the SafePay Deal for their project and transfers the full payment to Masterhand Pro, the professional can commence work on the project.

2. Obtaining the Payment Code: Upon transferring the payment, the client receives a Payment Code. This code is essential for the transfer of funds from the client to the professional.

3. Providing the Payment Code: The client should only share the Payment Code with the professional after the work is completed and accepted. This action signifies the client’s satisfaction with the professional’s work and allows for the secure transfer of funds. Once the Professional is done with your project task, you can click Finish button in Workspace of your project OR give the Payment Code to them, so they can receive payment. In both cases, the professional will be able to receive the payment for their completed project task. By giving the Payment Code, the client confirms their satisfaction with the professional’s work and authorizes the release of the payment.

4. Entering the Payment Code: The professional enters the received Payment Code into the designated “Payment Code” field in their side of Workspace and clicks the “Submit” button. This action initiates the transfer of funds from the client’s account to the professional’s account on the Masterhand Pro platform.

5. Payment Confirmation: Once the Payment Code is submitted by the professional, the system processes the payment, and it becomes irreversible. The professional will receive the payment for their completed work.

6. Project Closure: After all necessary reviews and transactions are completed, the client concludes the project. The project is then removed from the list of active projects and can be found in the Previous Projects section under All Projects Posted.
