Workspace and Communication in Project
Once you have selected a professional for your project, both you and the professional will gain access to the Workspace, a dedicated area where you can communicate and collaborate on the ongoing project. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Accessing the Workspace:
After choosing a professional, navigate to the project page, where you will find the Workspace section.
2. Workspace Overview:
In the Workspace, you will see the project name, the name of the professional assigned to the project, the deadline, and the project status (“Processing,” “Finished,” or “Discontinued”)
The Workspace also includes a messenger window, allowing you to communicate and share files with the professional for necessary information exchange.
3. Project Completion:
When you are satisfied with the professional’s work and consider the project finished, you can click the green “Finish” button in the Workspace. This informs the professional that you accept the completed work and marks the project as finished.
4. Discontinuing a Project:
If you need to stop the work on a project, you can click the red “Discontinue” button in the Workspace. Describe the circumstances that led to discontinuation.
For Regular Deals: If it was a regular deal, the deal will be stopped immediately, and any disagreements between you and the professional will need to be resolved directly.
For SafePay Deals: If it was a SafePay Deal, the information will be sent to Arbitrage, and the project will be marked as “Disputed.” Arbitrage will make a decision regarding the return of funds to the client or partial/full payment to the professional based on the dispute resolution process.
Please note that in case of disputes or issues with a SafePay Deal, Arbitrage provides the necessary support and mediation to ensure a fair resolution.
The Workspace and messaging feature in Masterhand PRO allows for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project, ensuring a smooth workflow and facilitating project completion.
