When you reach the completion of a project on Masterhand PRO, you can follow these steps to finish the project effectively:

Clicking on “Finish”

As a client, when you are satisfied with the professional’s work and consider the project completed, click on the “Finish” button. This action notifies the professional about the project’s completion.

Rating and Review

After clicking “Finish,” you will be prompted to rate the professional’s performance on a scale of one to five stars. Additionally, you can leave a review about the professional’s work and endorse their skills by using the “like” mark. Providing feedback helps other users make informed decisions.

Professional Payment and Review

Once you have rated and reviewed the professional, the payment for their services will be processed ( for SafePay Deal). The professional will receive their payment, and they also have the opportunity to leave a review about your experience as a client.

Project Discontinuation

In the event that the work on the project is not completed but has been stopped due to unforeseen circumstances, the professional can click on the “Discontinue” button. This action notifies you as the client about the discontinuation and sends the project to Arbitrage for further review and resolution of the situation ( for SafePay Deal).
